1. Your Pro-Aqua Air and Room Cleaning System has a sticker with a serial number affixed to the top of the machine is warranted against defective material and manufacturing faults of the motorhead of the Pro-Aqua System and the motor of Power Nozzle only. The parts and accessories (i.e. Hose and Tube of the System and Power Nozzle, Brush and etc) that come with the Pro-Aqua System and Power Nozzle are out of the scope of this warranty.

2. This warranty covers a period of four (4) years guarantee from the date of delivery of the motorhead of Pro-Aqua System and the motor of Power Nozzel, unless “10 years warranty” was chopped on the sales document which includes Sales Invoice, Delivery Note and this warranty.

3. Please inform our Customer Service as soon as any defect is discovered and this certificate must be presented to our Service Technician

4. This warranty cannot be applied if the damage is caused by: (a) Misuse, accidents or any manner of tampering with the machine internally; (b) Voltage is applied other than what specified, and (c) Use of machine contrary to the User’s Manual.

5. This warranty will be null and void if any part of the machine has been dismantled, repaired and parts changed not by Pro-Aqua authorized technician

6. The guarantee and warranty are applicable in the territory of Hong Kong OAR.

7. Your warranty covers reparation in the address of the purchaser as shown in our records or with Pro-Aqua’s premises without any charges on transportation, handling, and labour for a period of ten (10) years from the date of delivery provided that clause 4 is not infringed in any part.

8. Your warranty covers all labour and parts charges only for the motorhead of the Pro-Aqua System and the motor of the Power Nozzle within the warranty period mentioned in clause 2.

9. Please keep this warranty together with the Delivery Note and Sales Invoice with good care. Pro-Aqua Asia Ltd may refuse to accept this guarantee and warranty card if this warranty has been purposely damaged. 10. The terms and conditions of this warranty are contained exclusively in this document and no other presentation or provision, either written or otherwise, regardless of the origin of the same, will be accepted as adding to or subtracting from these terms and conditions.
